Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from TickFree Outdoors.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
